Refunds and Returns Policy

At Enrique Cordero, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our art products. However, we understand that there may be instances where our customers may need to return a product. The following policy sets out the circumstances in which a product may be returned and how a return or refund may be processed.


C HANGE OF MIND

Enrique Cordero generally does not accept order cancellations or returns for change of mind. However, we may choose to do so at our absolute discretion. If a cancellation for change of mind is accepted, you are required to pay an amount that reflects the loss Enrique Cordero will suffer as a result of the cancellation. This may include production, handling, or storage fees and any markdown. The amount will be set off against your payment, and the balance will be refunded to you.


D EFECTIVE PRODUCTS

All sales are considered final. However, we stand behind the quality of our products. If the item you received is defective, you may be entitled to a return or exchange. To initiate a return for a defective item, please follow these steps:

  • Contact us at enrique.cordero.blanco@gmail.com or through our website contact form within 7 days of receiving the item.
  • Provide a detailed description of the defect and include photographs or videos showing the defect. The proof should clearly demonstrate the problem to facilitate a quick resolution.
  • Include your order number and contact information in your communication.
  • The product must be returned in the same condition in which it was received. It should not show signs of additional wear, alteration, or damage beyond the reported defect.
  • Return the product in its original packaging. This helps to ensure the product is not further damaged during the return shipping process.
  • Before sending the product back, customers must obtain a return authorization from Enrique Cordero. This may involve providing the order number, product details, and evidence of the defect to customer service.

R EVIEW AND EXAMINATION

Upon receiving your return request, we will examine the reported defect. This examination process may take a reasonable amount of time. We will then notify you of the outcome via email. If we determine that the product is indeed defective, the following options are available:

  • Replacement: We will send you a replacement product at no additional cost.
  • Refund: If a replacement is not feasible, we may offer a refund. The refund will be processed, and the amount will be credited to your original method of payment.

R EFUND PROCESSING TIME

Please note that refunds may take up to 10 business days to appear in your account due to banking procedures.


N ON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Please be aware that certain items may be exempt from being returned due to their nature. These include custom-made or personalized items unless they are defective.


S HIPPING COSTS FOR RETURNS

In the case of defective items, Enrique Cordero will cover the shipping costs for returning the product. For returns due to other reasons accepted by Enrique Cordero at its discretion, customers may be responsible for covering the shipping costs.
